Deutsch’s wide array of solid or stamped and formed contacts allows common tooling, processing, and terminations for the widest application with any Deutsch IPD connector series. Stamped and formed styles include 7 sizes each of pin and socket contacts that terminate 12 AWG to 20 AWG. Solid style contacts terminate wire from 6 AWG to 24 AWG and are available in 6 sizes each of pin and socket contacts. Extended pins are available for PCB applications |

High-density thermoplastic bulkhead connector with silicone rubber grommets suitable for on- and off-highway applications. Available in 48-, 60- and 102-pin configurations utilizing Deutsch’s common contact wire termination system for size 6- to 20-AWG wire; accepts both signal and power wires in the same connector. Allows single-person installation from one side of the bulkhead with a single sturdy jackscrew and hex wrench. Flanges, plugs, receptacles, and color-coded wedges keyed to prevent mismatching and confusion. Choice of solid or stamped and formed terminals; copper alloy with nickel finish--gold optional. Thermoplastic sealing plugs. |

wire grommets offering a higher number of terminal counts with insert

compatible with externally or internally mounted electronic modules; Available
with contact terminations for receptacles designed for flex-tape or direct board

Power Plugs for applications requiring a complete, environmentally sealed, single power circuit termination. Plug features an integral coupling latch for tactile and audible feedback during coupling. Rugged thermoplastic receptacle designed as inline for cable-to-cable applications--supplied with an integral V-Groove to accept mounting clips, brackets and flanges. Uses crimp-type solid terminals sizes 4, 8 & 12 for AWG wire sizes 6, 8, 10, 12 & 14 respectively. |
